Where do you find a turkey in South Africa?
Seriously!? Most people in South Africa have never have had a tryptophan trance from consuming turkey.
Our family gathered with 18 other Americans at a farm run by our friend, Rufus. We drove to Grahamstown to meet up with the Agee’s, our friends who work with Oceans of Mercy. We jumped in some bakkies (South Africa truck) because the road was not suitable for our little Chrysler Neon.
We had a fun weekend with the others and ate some great turkey and even some warthog.
Rufus and his help were great hosts.
On Sunday, we went to a cliff, overlooking a gorge and had a sweet time as we sang some songs and reflected on John 20.
