I was thinking about this on my way to work:
Does knowledge compete with faith? Do we try to seek understanding to explain things away or into existence? Do we lose faith the more we learn and become educated? How do we find a balance in faith that has obedience to God’s Word and Holy Spirit’s Leading and ours, and others experiences, insight.
Sometimes the two definitely compete. Especially since our God is supernatural and we only operate in the natural.
I do not want to become someone that has have an explanation for everything, but I also want to be wise. I guess true wisdom follow’s Holy Spirit’s leading even when it is the antithesis of what we know.
